This is an introductory thru intermediate level climbing program. \n \nThe climbing programs are not extraordinarily physically demanding (for a person of average fitness)\, but they can be psychologically challenging.\nAll participants should bring a camera for this exciting day!\n*For convenience\, we have permits for guiding at climbing sites throughout the four state (PA\, MD\, VA and WV) region. \nAll climbing days are led by Andy Nichols\, one of the top outdoor adventure educators in the country.
