DESCRIPTION:There is nothing as sweet as a few laps in some of our mountain pools.. all spring fed\, all bracingly cool\, all dazzlingly crystal clear. These mountain treasures have been destinations for years… the hotter the midsummer day\, the better! Add a few jumping rocks\, a “waterfall jacuzzi”\, a smooth waterslide\, a stream to wade\, and a waterfall to rappel through….  and it is the perfect getaway adventure day.. for families and friends. \nCascading is basically wet\, very wet\, canyoneering. \nAll cascading days are led by Andy Nichols\, one of the top outdoor adventure educators in the country. Andy has been recognized as an “Outdoor Legend” by “Blue Ridge Outdoors” magazine\, and has been featured in magazines including National Geographic Adventure and Southern Living. His students range from Tier 1 operators to Scouts\, from corporate executives to family vacationers\, from NPS Search and Rescue teams to foreign embassy staff. Andy and his team pioneered this sport in the East.
